The Agents Are Coming: How AI Employees Will Transform Advice

The next evolution of AI in financial advice isn't better chatbots or faster summarisation. The AI Admin Agent manages scheduling, client communications, document filing, CRM updates, and the thousand small tasks that fragment an adviser's day. These agents operate across two vectors: Roles (WHO does the work) and Skills (WHAT work gets done). A single agent can develop multiple skills over time, becoming more capable as it learns your firm's specific requirements. Crucially, this is human-in-the-loop, not human-out-of-the-loop.
