Clients with portal access can add current valuations to plans that aren't connected via platform integrations. When they update a value, it's flagged for your review — updated dates appear in orange so nothing slips through.

When a client finishes editing their fact find, they click “Finished Editing” — this automatically revokes their editing rights and sends you a notification. You then review, approve or reject changes, and get a weekly email summary of all client accounts where changes were made.

The result: clients feel involved in their financial planning, and advisers maintain full control without chasing emails for updates.
